Characteristics
  • Standard barrier film for the Pharmaceutical Industry for superior protection against moisture, gases (Oxygen, Nitrogen etc.) and external odors.
  • "Non-Toxic / Food Grade" film, available in thickness ranging from 100 microns to 500 microns.
  • Supplied in various widths and colours as per customer requirements.
  • PVdC Coated Films are normally supplied with a coating weight of 40 gsm on a 250 micron PVC film. However coating weights of up to 120 gsm can also be supplied.

TRIPLEX

Multilayered Film (RPVC+PE+PVdC)

Characteristics
  • PVC film laminated with PE is coated with PVdC. Common thicknesses are 200 microns and 250 microns for PVC and 25 microns or 30 microns for PE. PVdC coating weights of 20 gsm to 120 gsm can be supplied. Triplex film has superior protection properties against moisture, gases, (Oxygen, Nitrogen etc) and external odours.
  • Tailor made for Blister packing.
  • Suitable for all types of Blister forming machines.
  • Especially formulated and manufactured on dedicated calendar production lines exclusively for the Pharmaceutical industry.
  • "Phemaceutical Grade" film, available in thickness ranging from 200 microns to 500 microns .

  • Triplex film has excellent impact properties and machinability, and runs on all standard machines.

Cold Form Blister

An OPA / ALU / PVC Complex

COLDFLEX offers total protection against moisture, light and oxygen. It is suitable for the most sensitive product and with its all aluminium shaped format, it gives high value image to your product.

CFB offers more space for printing on the lidding foil or even on the cold form blister side (bottom foil). Full surface lacquering, repeated logo or even indexed printing are possible on the CFB.

Additionally, CFB packing is difficult to copy and plays a key role in your anti counterfeiting strategy as it is technically challenging and requires heavier investments, sophisticated technology, experience and know-how to copy.
